This sandstone building, of the beginning of last century, now consists of two large separate flats, equipped with all comforts.

It is surrounded by a well cared garden which extends to fields of old olive trees.

It is not unusual at sunset to see wild colorful pheasants roaming in the garden.

A few steps from the house, there is a swimming pool measuring 38x16 ft. (4 ft. deep).
