The "Montagnola" estate is situated on approximately 300 m high from sea level, offering a panoramic view over Perugia and Assisi.

The estate extends around the 18th century country-house called "La Montagnola", one the most attractive villas in the area.

Villa La Montagnola dates back to early 1700s when it was built by the Baglioni family, probably on a XIII century castle ruins.

On the ground floor there is a private chapel called "Oratorio pubblico della Madonna Immacolata".

The villa, the owner’s residence, is open to the visitors.

There are three farmhouses for guests: CAPRARECCIA, IL POGGIO, LA CASA DELLA CACCIA.
